How it works
Project
matching
When a project is ready to get on-site, we’ll introduce the customer to a selection of building contractors we think could be right for the role.
Client
intro
Customers will request to meet contractors based on their high-level cost estimates. Those chosen will then be introduced via our Dashboard.
Client
site visit
We’ll arrange any necessary site visits of the customer’s property and allow you to take over the tendering process.
Decision
making
While customers make their decision, our Connect team will be on hand to talk them through any questions they or you might have about the process.
Full
handover
If chosen by the customer, we’ll step in to confirm the on-site start date and complete a full handover. We also offer on-site support at this stage.
How do I apply?
If you’re interested in joining our Connect service, the first step is to sign up using the link below. Once your request has been received, our team will be in touch to start the vetting process.
We vet all our suggested contractors, in order to protect our customers from bad practices. If you’ve worked with our team in the past, do let us know. Otherwise, our team will go through your portfolio to get a sense of what work you’re suited to, and may even reach out to previous clients.
