Pre-aligned builder & cost
For Express extensions, you're pre-allocated at least 1 builder with a locked-in project cost, for speed and clarity.

For all other packages, we will facilitate multiple vetted builder introductions for a competitive tender process.
Construction detail drawings
These are additional detailed drawings demonstrating how to construct the extension for the builder. Only necessary for more bespoke designs.

Construction site visits
Site visits by a senior technical designer at key stages during the construction phase.

Contract administrator recommendation
We’ll recommend suitable independent contract administrators and help you appoint one to independently oversee the construction contract.
Construction check-in meetings
Regular check-in meetings throughout construction to review progress and help keep the project aligned. Held via video or phone call.
